リアルタイム発酵モニタリング

PLAATO Pro は、発酵の進行状況をリアルタイムで把握するために設計された発酵モニタリングシステムです。
トライクランプ接続によって発酵タンク内部にセンサーを設置し、手動でのサンプリングを行うことなく、発酵中の比重、発酵活動、温度を継続的に測定します。

PLAATO Pro は、ハードウェアとサブスクリプション型ソフトウェアを組み合わせたシステムです。

• ハードウェア：PLAATO Pro プローブは 1本あたり USD 299 の初期費用がかかります。
  発酵タンク 1基につき1本のプローブの使用が推奨されています。
  BBT（ブライトビールタンク）には必須ではありません。
• ソフトウェア：年間生産量 1,500HL 以下のブルワリー向けプランは USD 149 から。
• スケーリング：ソフトウェア料金は 年間生産量およびシステム構成に応じて変動します。

最終的な価格、契約、請求は PLAATO が直接対応します。

Real-Time Fermentation Monitoring

PLAATO Pro is a fermentation monitoring system designed to provide continuous, real-time insight into fermentation performance.
Using an in-tank sensor installed via a tri-clamp connection, PLAATO Pro measures gravity, fermentation activity, and temperature throughout fermentation without the need for manual sampling.

Pricing

PLAATO Pro consists of hardware combined with a subscription-based software platform.

• Hardware: Each PLAATO Pro probe has an initial cost of USD 299 per probe.
  It is recommended to have one probe per fermenter. A probe is not required for brite beer tanks (BBTs).
• Software: Subscription pricing starts at USD 149 for breweries producing up to 1,500 HL annually.
• Scaling: Software pricing scales based on annual production volume and system configuration.

Final pricing, contracts, and billing are handled directly by PLAATO.
